The following General Terms and Conditions apply to:

1. General

Use of the i2m website requires the user’s consent to these Terms of Use. By using the i2m website, the user agrees to these Terms of Use. If these Terms of Use are not accepted, use of the i2m website is prohibited.

Any violation of the following Terms of Use or of other legal provisions on the i2m website shall automatically result in the withdrawal of authorization to use this website and obliges the user to destroy all materials downloaded from or printed from this website.

2. Copyright

All information on the website www.i2m.at (texts, graphics, videos, etc.) is protected by copyright law. The information published here may not be used, directly or indirectly, for any commercial purposes and may only be used for private purposes by natural persons.

All rights of exploitation, of whatever kind, are exclusively reserved to the author. The author reserves in particular the right to reproduce, distribute, rent, lease, and transmit the information on this website in any manner whatsoever.

i2m reserves all rights and will pursue violations of copyright law through legal action.

Links to this website, including deep links, are welcome. However, embedding the main window of this website in a frame set by the party creating the link is not permitted.

Links to external websites are provided solely as references. i2m does not identify with the content of the linked websites and assumes no liability for such content. If any of the linked pages contain questionable or unlawful content, we kindly ask for notification. In such cases, the respective link will be removed immediately.

4. Warranty

i2m assumes no warranty of any kind with regard to the accuracy, completeness, legality, objectivity, or timeliness of the content provided on the i2m website. i2m reserves the right to make changes, updates, or deletions to the i2m website as a whole or to individual content at any time and without prior notice.

In particular, no warranty is assumed for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information regarding products presented on the i2m website, nor for the availability of the products offered (goods, services, software, etc.).

i2m expressly points out that users in countries whose legal systems do not permit or only partially permit such exclusions of warranty may not be affected by this provision (Section 4) or may only be affected to a limited extent.

5. Liability

Outside of contractual relationships involving consideration by the contracting parties and any existing contractual agreements, i2m, as well as third parties or companies that are in a business or other relationship with i2m, assume no liability of any kind for damages of any nature whatsoever.

This includes, in particular, direct damages, loss of profit, damage to data, loss of data, business interruption, unjust enrichment claims, costs arising from legal advice or contract drafting, and similar damages arising from:

the use of the i2m website
the temporary or permanent unavailability of the website (downtime)
limited availability of the website or its content
incorrect display of content
display of third-party content
display of hyperlinks on the i2m website

i2m assumes no liability whatsoever for damage to or destruction of hardware, software, or other system data caused by the use of the i2m website or its content.

This provision (Section 5) applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim, the degree of fault, and regardless of whether i2m or third parties associated with i2m were aware or should have been aware of the possibility of such damage. In particular, no liability is assumed for contractual or non-contractual claims.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The i2m website is operated and managed by i2m, based in Austria, 8052 Graz, Hangweg 27. Unless expressly restricted to a specific group of persons, the i2m website and its content are accessible and usable worldwide.

i2m assumes no liability whatsoever for the legality of the website or the content provided therein under the laws of other jurisdictions. Use of the i2m website and its content outside Austria is at the sole responsibility of the user. Responsibility for compliance with applicable legal provisions of other jurisdictions lies exclusively with the user.

Users must, in particular, observe applicable export regulations when using the i2m website. In the event of violations, i2m reserves all rights and will pursue legal violations under criminal and civil law.

Use of the i2m website is subject to Austrian law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all claims arising from or in connection with the use of the website and any disputes related thereto is the registered office of i2m Unternehmensentwicklung GmbH. i2m Unternehmensentwicklung GmbH is also entitled to bring legal action at the user’s place of residence or business.

7. Amendments

i2m reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice. The respective current version of these Terms of Use is binding and will be published on the i2m website.

Users of the i2m website are advised to review these Terms of Use and the related legal texts regularly in order to stay informed about any changes.
