The process

2 full day intensive Strategy Development Process in a workshop format (face2face or remote), in collaboration with the University of Cambridge IfM experts. Participants and inputs from multiple disciplines and levels of the company.

UNDERSTANDING

Prep-work on the current business strategy, key drivers and constraints

DEEP DIVING

Full Day workshop on Stakeholder influence, product market groupings, competence mapping, SWOT, etc.

ENVISIONING

Half-day workshop to explore potential strategic options & defining the chosen future

ACTION PLANNING

Half-day workshop on identifying key projects to deliver clear objectives & defining timing, resource requirements and responsibilities

The Result
  • Using the Cambridge University / IfM strategy development method, for an internal and external analysis, several strategic options with growth potential were generated by the participants.

  • The most promising strategic option is identified by considering both the organisation’s opportunities and resources.

​

  • Efficient action plans were derived for translating the strategy into business results.
