Cookies are small text files that are stored by the Internet browser on the user's terminal device. etracker cookies do not contain any information that enables a user to be identified.

The data generated by etracker is processed and stored by etracker on behalf of the provider of this website exclusively in Germany and is therefore subject to the strict German and European data protection laws and standards.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Art. 6 Para.1 lit. f (legitimate interest) of the German Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). INTEGRAGTION OF SERVICES AND CONTENT FROM THIRD PARTIES

It may happen that third party content, such as videos from YouTube, fonts from Google Fonts or maps from Google Maps, is integrated into our website www.i2m. For the presentation of this content, the IP address of the user must be saved by the provider. We have no influence on whether third-party providers save IP addresses, e.g. for statistical purposes.

Depending on the nature of your request, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data may be, for example, the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Your data are required to process your request.

VISITING CARD

If we receive your business card (at events, conferences, etc.), we will process your data for the purpose of information about our business activities or invitations to events (see newsletter - info e-mails).

NEWSLETTER - INFO E-MAILS

We process your personal data (name, title, organization, email address, country and preferred language) in order to inform you about our business activities and events.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in informing us about our activities and events, Art 85 GDPR, Section 9 GDPR new and your consent to this data processing, which you have given us by ticking the checkbox, handing over your business card, by e-mail or in another form .

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter or the mailing list at any time by clicking on the corresponding link in the footer of every info email.

The info e-mails contain a so-called "web beacon", ie a pixel-sized file that is retrieved from the mailing service provider's server when the info e-mail is opened. As part of this retrieval, technical information, such as information about the browser and your system, as well as your IP address and the time of retrieval, are initially collected. This information is used for the technical and content-related improvement of the services. The statistical surveys also include determining whether the info e-mails are opened and which links are used.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our newsletter service.
